Hand-laid E glass reinforced on special high-stress areas w/triaxial fiberglass in connection w/sandwich laminate using hard compressed Divinycell 20 mm as core material.
Solid laminated around keel reinforcement girder system, engine, prop, rudder bearings, as well as in connection w/all through-hull fittings.
Fin keel glassed to hull. Deck reinforced around and under all deck hardware fittings w/marine plywood instead of hard compressed Divinycell foam.
Full laid teak decks; teak cockpit floor, cockpit seats, aft seats & at swim platform; all teak glued & vacuum bagged in place, no screws.
Antimony hardened lead keel w/cast iron top fixed with s/s bolts. Rudder blade laminated in triaxial fiberglass, solid aluminum rudder stock tapered at both ends, roller bearing upper rudder bearing, JEFA articulating-type lower needle bearing.
White hull, blue boot top & cove stripe, green bottom (3 coats epoxy under paint), white/grey 2-tone decks; teak cockpit sole, seats & coamings
2017 All bottom paint removed, replaced w/2 coats of epoxy & 2 layers of Micron 66
